7pm - 8pm - Relaxing sleep breath-work and yin yoga.

Finding Breath
9am - 11am - Breath-work meditation leading into the yoga flow.
11am - 12pm - Brunch.
12pm - 6pm - Hiking trip around the beautiful surroundings.

5pm - 6pm - Dinner.
6pm - 7pm - Relaxing sleep breath-work and yin yoga.

Day 3 Thursday
Finding Joy
9am - 11am - Mindfulness meditation, exploring ujayi breath, deep full body yoga flow.
11am - 12pm - Brunch.
2pm - 4pm - Heart Wide Open - heart focused meditation and yoga flow.
5pm - 6pm - Dinner.
7pm - 9pm - Sleep breath-work, yin practice with delicious twists and forward folds.

Day 4 Friday
Moving Deeper into the Joy
9am - 11am - Delightful Hips: sacral chakra focused meditation, hip opening yoga flow.
11am - 12pm - Brunch.
12pm - 6pm - Trip to see the picturesque waterfalls of Gimel.
5pm - 6pm - Dinner.
7pm - 9pm - Hip opening yin practice.

Day 5 Saturday
Uniting Presence, Joy and Breath
9am - 11am - Deep flow body practice, connecting Presence, Breath and Joy.
11am - 12pm - Brunch.
3pm - 7pm - Breath-work, yoga , Celebration - Movement Meditation.
7pm - 9pm - Dinner.
Day 6 Sunday
9am - 11am - Deep flow body practice, closing circle.
