AUGUST 5 - 10/2025
You are invited to take a break from daily hustle in the beautiful villa in the south of France. Tucked away in a charming, rural village of Saint-Martial-Entraygues, this place sets a perfect environment for a peaceful yoga gateway.
Focusing on three aspects: Presence, Breath and Joy we will delve deeper into how we can practise our yoga with more effortlessness and ease.
The green serenity of nature is an ideal backdrop for supporting your connection to the heart space, where joy resides.
Slow, deep, and flowy yoga sessions surrounded by pastoral landscapes are designed to immerse you fully into your delight.

Let's practise allowing the movement to emerge from the place of pleasure.
That pleasure of movement guided by the breath.
That breath uniting body and spirit.

Over the years of practice, Anya has noticed that movement arises mostly from two areas in the body: hips and chest.
Stretching and releasing pelvis and hip flexors, relaxes the body and brings us closer to our sense of pleasure and delight: the sacral chakra.
Lengthening, backbending, and twisting our spine energises us and allows us to get closer to the feelings of joy, love and even euphoria: the heart chakra.
Engaging muscles at the base of the spine, mula bandha, lets the energy move upwards from the sacral chakra to the heart, opening the body and spirit in new and delightful ways.

WHY ARE WE DOING YOGA?
To get stronger and more flexible? Of course . To balance our emotions? Yes, also. To feel more spiritual? Maybe, but what does that even mean?
All of the above are true, but according to one of my favourite yoga practitioners and teachers, Vanda Scaravelli, : “we do it for the fun of it.”
‘’No motivation, no aims, only an agreeable appointment for the body to look forward to. To twist, stretch, and move around, is pleasant and enjoyable, a body holiday. There is an unexpected delight in meeting earth and sky at the same moment!
